The Emotion Code is a simple and effective technique to get rid of emotional baggage. This baggage of stuck emotions settles in our body in the form of energy balls. Positive or negative answers to questions are recorded on the basis of a simply administered muscle test. The stuck emotion is then searched for by using a map that lists all types of emotions. When the stuck emotion is identified, a magnet or the fingertips of the hand are rubbed over a portion of the main meridian to remove the emotion.
